Here’s what’s inside:

MS-Specific Core Strengthening Class
A strong core makes all mobility easier - walking, stair climbing, getting out of bed, etc. Without a strong core, you’re likely to feel off balance when moving around, have more lower back pain, and have difficulty with daily activities.

 This class will teach you the best core exercises you can do right from home (without having to do crunches or planks… in fact, you’ll be able to perform this whole class sitting in a chair!)
MS-Specific Leg Stretching Class
One main reason our muscles don’t work as well when we’re trying to strengthen them is because muscle tightness is limiting the movement. With more flexible muscles, you’ll be able to feel less heaviness, less restricted, and more ease when walking and performing daily activities.

 This is a seated class that will teach you the most effective stretches to release muscle tightness in the muscles MS tends to attack the most.
